微粒粒度检测的干法分散系统

         

摘要

基于干法分散原理,对干法分散数学模型进行分析和仿真,根据气体动力学和相关机械电路原理,设计可自动控制的干法分散系统,包括进样振动装置、气体喷射收集装置和气体传输装置.结果表明,影响微粒分散最重要的因素是气流速度;分散过程中,选样振动频率、微粒的运动速度和气流速度都是可控的,能达到预期的分散效果.%Based on the dry dispersion principal, dry dispersion mathematical model was analyzed and simulated. According to the gas dynamics and related mechanical circuit principle, a kind of automatic controlled dry dispersion system was designed, including sample and vibration device, gas jet and collection device, gas transmission device. The results show that the most important factor of influencing particle dispersion is the airflow velocity. In the process of dispersion, the sample and vibration frequency, the moving rate of particles and airflow velocity are controllable. The results of this system can achieve expected dispersion effect
