气相溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2-硅藻土复合光催化材料

         

摘要

Diatomite-TiO2 composite materials were synthesized by the in-situ hydrolysis-condensation reaction between tetrabutyl titanate (TBOT) and porous diatomite in an ammonia atmosphere.The morphology,composition and catalyst efficiency of the composite materials were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM),X-ray diffraction (XRD),energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) and UV spectrophotometer,respectively.Meanwhile,the methyl orange was catalyzed by the diatomite-TiO2 composite materials.The results indicate that the nano-sized TiO2 particles are generated in-situ on the surface and inner pores of the diatomite by the hydrolysis and condensation of TBOT under aqueous vapor.The prepared material maintains bimodally texture of porous diatomite and nano-spherical TiO2.The experiment of the degradation of the methyl orange proves that the composite materials possess photocatalytic performance.%以硅藻土和钛酸四丁酯(TBOT)为原料,氨气气氛中,利用TBOT在硅藻土表面及内部的原位水解-缩合反应制备TiO2-硅藻土复合光催化材料;采用SEM、XRD、EDS、紫外分光光度计等对该复合材料的表面形貌、晶型、催化性能等进行表征;使用该复合材料对甲基橙进行催化降解.结果表明:TBOT在硅藻土表面及内部生成纳米TiO2微粒,具有硅藻土的孔道结构和纳米TiO2微球2级结构,具有光催化性能.
