PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a 1-OHP recognition nano-thin film for the sensor for measuring 1-OHP in urine, and the 1-OHP recognition nano-thin film prepared by the method are provided to measure and evaluate the exposure extent of overall PAH. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a 1-OHP recognition nano-thin film comprises the steps of pretreating a solid support used a substrate; stirring a metal oxide and 1-hydroxypyrene in a mixture solution of toluene and ethanol to prepare a composite complex; spin coating the composite complex solution on the pretreated quartz plate to prepare a thin film; and hydrolyzing the thin film and removing a template molecule by using an ammonia aqueous solution.
