The castor oil-based polyurethane potting materials were synthesized from castor oil,4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI),trimethylolpropane (TMP) and 1,2-propanediol.Rheological behavior and gelation time of the potting materials during curing were studied.The experimental results showed that the prepaved potting material had low initial viscosity,being no more than 1600 mPa*s at 20℃,and its operation time at 20℃、40℃ and 60℃ was 38,20 and 10min respectively;the increase of 1,2-propanediol content could decrease the curing rate of the material,which was only 5min at 120℃.%以蓖麻油,4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)与1,2-丙二醇为原料合成了蓖麻油基聚氨酯灌封胶,研究了灌封胶的固化流变行为和凝胶化时间。结果表明,该灌封胶初始粘度低,在20℃时不超过1600mPa*s;在20℃、40℃和60℃下的可操作时间分别为38、20和10min;增加1,2-丙二醇用量可降低胶液的固化速度,120℃固化时的凝胶时间仅为5min。
