METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR OBSERVING CURING BEHAVIOR OF CURING MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for continuously measuring a change in elasticity modulus and the amount of contraction during curing, even for a curing material which is liquid before curing.;SOLUTION: The apparatus for observing curing behavior 10 comprises a plate-like sample support means 12 of which the one surface supports the curing material, a curing means which cures the curing material, and a detection means which detects a change in the vibration condition of the sample support means 12. The curing behavior of the curing material is observed from a change in the vibration condition of the sample support means 12 during curing, when curing the curing material while vibrating the sample support means 12. From the change in the vibration condition, a change in the resonance frequency of the curing material and the amount of curling of the sample support means are determined.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
