单螺杆挤出机中PP/PS共混物微观结构及其流变性能的研究

         

摘要

采用熔融挤出方法并利用自制的在线取样装置制备了质量比为95/5的聚丙烯(PP)/聚苯乙烯(PS)共混物.考察了共混物的微观结构及流变性能.结果表明:沿螺杆挤出方向,共混物球晶数均直径逐渐减小,PS液滴分散相尺寸逐渐减小,共混物Han曲线在低频处的斜率沿逐渐增加.%With the mass ratio as 95/5, polypropylene(PP)/polystyrene(PS)blend was prepared by melt mixing and a specially designed sampling device in a single screw extruder and discussed the microstructure and rheological properties of PP/PS blend. The resuhs showed that, the average diameter of spherulites number of PP/PS blend samples became smaller, the size of dispersed droplet decreased, and the slopes of the Han curves of the PP/PS blend samples increased along the screw direction.
