采用熔融法制备聚乙烯/聚乙烯蜡共混物,并研究了不同牌号的聚乙烯及质量分数对共混物熔点和结晶形态的影响.结果表明,加入聚乙烯后,共混物的熔点有明显的提高,随着聚乙烯质量分数的升高,共混物的熔点也随之升高;同时重结晶效果也有了极大的改善.当加入牌号为JHMGC100S4.26A的聚乙烯时对共混物熔点的提高最为明显,在其质量分数为5%时,共混物的熔点比原料提高了11.8℃,达到96.1℃;此时共混物的晶粒尺寸最小,排列最紧密.%Blends of polyethylene/polyethylene wax (PE/PEW) were prepared using melting method, and the influence of different brands of PE and its content on the melting point and the crystalline morphology of PE/PEW blends were studied. It was found that the melting point of the blends increased apparently after introducing PE, and this result was the same to the crystallization of the blends. When 5 wt% of JH-MGC100S4. 26A PE was added, the blend had the highest melting point at 96. 1℃ which was 11. 8℃ higher than the raw material's. It was proven that the grain size was the minimum and the arrangement of grain was the nearest in this condition.
