新型PBT/PC合金低温增韧剂的研制

     

摘要

Core-shell polymer was prepared using diolefin, styrene and methyl methacrylate as monomers by means of seed emulsion polymerization. The internal core of the product was rubber phase of crosslinked structure, and the external shell was methyl methacrylate. This paper studied the effect of the phase composition to the latex rubber particle size and glass transition temperature. Types and amount of initiator on the grafting polymerization was also investigated. The graft copolymer greatly improved the PBT/PC alloy mechanical properties. It can be used as a toughening agent of the alloy at low temperature%以双烯烃、苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯为单体,采用种子聚合技术,合成了具有核-壳结构的接枝共聚物,核芯是具有交联结构的橡胶相,外部是甲基丙烯酸甲酯壳层,研究了橡胶相组成对胶乳的粒径和玻璃化温度的影响,引发剂种类及其用量对接枝聚合的影响,所得的接枝共聚物明显提高了PBT/PC合金的力学性能,可以用做该合金的低温增韧剂.
