微型汽车仪表盘专用料的研制

         

摘要

以聚丙烯PP(F401)为基体树脂,线型低密度聚乙烯( LLDPE)为增韧剂,无机复合矿粉为填料制备得到综合性能优异,成本低廉的汽车仪表盘专用料.研究了线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、无机复合矿粉及其用董对材料性能的影响.结果表明:在PP(F401)基体中,加入质量分数为5%~7%的LLDPE 7144,20%的经活化处理的无机复合矿粉,并配以适量的助剂制得的PP改性专用料的力学性能和加工性能都能达到五菱微型汽车仪表盘专用料的要求.%A kind of good performance and low cost special material for the dashboard of car was developed with PP (F401) as basic resin, line low density polyethylene (LLDPE) as toughening agent, and inorganic composite coal powder as filler.The effects of LLDPE, inorganic composite coal powder and its amount on properties of the material property were studied.The experimental results showed that the mechanical properties and process property of PP special modification material developed with PP ( F401 ) matrix, 5% ~7% LLDPE 7144 and 20% activating treatment of inorganic composite coal powder with additives could match the needs for mechanical and processing properties of automobile dashboard of Wuling mini car.
