纳米三氧化二锑对PVC电缆料性能影响的研究

     

摘要

The influence of nano-Sb2O3 and micro-Sb2O3 on the flame retardance, mechanical properties and heat aging property of PVC cable material was studied. The results showed that the influence of nano-Sb2O3 was greater than the micnrSb2O3 for the LOI on the PVC cable material, when the LOl was 35% , the amount of nano-Sb2O3 could be reduced by 20%. The tensile strength and the elongation at break of PVC cable material had positive effects when the amount of nano-Sb2O3 within a certain range. After the aging test, the sample which with nano-Sb2O3 was better than the sample which with micnrSb2O3 in the mass loss, the , change rate of tensile strength and strain at break rate.%研究了纳米级三氧化二锑(Sb2O3)、微米级Sb2O3对聚氯乙烯(PVC)线缆料的阻燃性能、力学性能及热老化性能的影响.研究表明:纳米级Sb2O3对PVC电缆料氧指数的影响大于微米级Sb2O3,当氧指数为35%时,使用纳米级Sb2O3比使用微米级Sb2O3的添加份数降低20%;使用一定含量的纳米级Sb203对PVC的拉伸强度和断裂拉伸应变有积极的影响;使用纳米级Sb2O3的样品在经过热老化实验后,质量损失、拉伸强度变化率和断裂拉伸应变变化率均优于使用微米级Sb2O3的样品.
