高光耐划伤ABS材料制备与性能研究

     

摘要

In this article, three kinds of alloys, including acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene ( ABS) / polycarbonate ( PC ) , ABS/polymethyl methacrylate ( PMMA ) and ABS/acrylonitrile-styrene ( SAN ) , , were prepared through melting blending process, and the surface gloss, scratch resistance and mechanical properties of alloys were analyzed. The results showed that the surface gloss and rigidity of ABS/SAN were the highest, and with good scratch resistance and impact toughness. The effects of TAF lubricants, ethylene bisstearamide (EBS) and silicone powder on the surface gloss and hardness of the alloy were investigated. It was found that the gloss of the alloy was the best after TAF was added.%通过熔融共混的方法制备了丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)/聚碳酸酯(PC)、ABS/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)和ABS/苯乙烯-丙烯腈(SAN)三种合金,并分析了三组合金的光泽度、表面硬度及力学性能.结果发现,ABS/SAN体系具有最佳的表面光泽度和刚性,同时具有良好的表面耐划伤性和冲击韧性.然后进一步探讨了光亮润滑剂(TAF)、乙撑双硬脂酰胺(EBS)及硅酮粉三种润滑剂对ABS/SAN合金表面光泽度和硬度影响,发现添加TAF时具有最佳效果.
