采用熔融共混制备的聚丙烯(iPP)/超高分子量聚丙烯(UHMWPP)复合材料,在微型注塑成型的条件下,探究超高分子量聚丙烯对聚丙烯结晶行为的影响.结果表明,通过DSC测试发现,超高分子量聚丙烯的加入提高了聚丙烯中β晶的含量,微型注塑时,不同模温对聚丙烯中β晶含量影响较大.通过SEM测试发现,β成核剂的加入使得β晶含量增多,同时β球晶细化.2D-WAXD显示超高分子量聚丙烯和β成核剂的加入使得分子链取向更加明显.%The effects of high weight polypropylene on the crystallization behavior of polypropylene were investigated under the conditions of micro injection molding using isotactic polypropylene (iPP) /ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPP) composites prepared by melt blending.The results show that the addition of UHMWPP improves the content of beta-crystal in polypropylene,and the effect of different mold temperature on beta-crystal content in polypropylene is significant.It was found by scanning electron microscopy that the addition of beta-nucleating agent increased the content of beta-crystals,and the beta-spherulites were refined.It was found by two-dimensional wide-angle X-ray diffraction that the addition of high weight polypropylene and beta-nucleating agent making the molecular chain orientation more obvious.
