柔肝降脂胶囊的研制

摘要

目的：研究柔肝降脂胶囊的制备方法和质控标准。方法：采用高效液相色谱法对成品中大黄素进行含量测定，线性范围 8 0～ 40 0μ g/ml， r=0 9 997。结果：成品中大黄素的含量不低于 1 6mg/粒。结论：制备工艺合理，高效液相色谱法可靠，制剂质量可控。%OBJECTIVE： To study the preparation and quality control standard of Rouganjianzhi capsules METHODS： The content of emodin in the product was determined with HPLC method RESULTS： The calibration curve was linear in the concentrations ranging from 8 0 to 40 0μ g/ml， r=0 9 997 The content of emodin in product was not lower than 1 6mg/capsule CONCLUSION： The preparation technic of the capsule is feasible and the quality of product can be controlled with HPLC
