肝功能异常患者硬膜外注入利多卡因的药代动力学

摘要

目的：研究肝功能轻度异常病人硬膜外注入利多卡因的药代动力学。方法：采用荧光偏振免疫分析法，以美国雅培公司的快速血药浓度检测仪(TDx)及试剂盒测定血药浓度。结果：符合一室动力学模型。结论：肝功能轻度异常患者硬膜外注入利多卡因的药代动力学与肝功能正常者基本相似。%OBJECTIVE：To study the pharmacokinetics of lidocaine via epidural injection in patients with mild hepatic dysfunction.METHODS：The blood concentration of lidocaine was determined by polarized fluorescence immuno-assay,rapid blood drug concentration detector(TDx)and kit.RESULTS：The pharmacokinetic parameters could be described as one-compartment model.CONCLUSION：The pharmacokinetics of lidocaine via epidural injection in patients with mild hepatic dysfunction is comparable with that in subjects with normal liver function.
