To investigate the stability of reduced glutathionc for injection after mixing with inosine and glucose injection in order to provide evidence for clinical rational drug use. METHODS: HPLC was employed to determine the content change after mixing reduced glutathione for injection with inosine and glucose injection, and the change of the mixture in appearance, pH and insoluble particles were also observed. RESULTS: There was little change in appearance, pH and content within 6 h after mixing, insoluble particles were obvious in the first 4 hours. CONCLUSION: Reduced glutathione for injection can be mixed with inosine and glucose injection for use, and it is better for the mixture be used within 4~6 h.%目的:考察注射用还原型谷胱甘肽与肌苷葡萄糖注射液配伍后的的稳定性,为临床合理用药提供依据.方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定注射用还原型谷胱甘肽与肌苷葡萄糖注射液配伍后的含量变化,并考察配伍液外观、pH值及不溶性微粒的变化.结果:还原型谷胱甘肽与肌苷葡萄糖注射液配伍后外观、pH值及含量在6 h内变化不大,不溶性微粒在4 h前较多.结论:还原型谷胱甘肽与肌苷葡萄糖注射液可以配伍使用,且二者配伍后最佳用药时限为配伍后4~6 h.
