OBJECTIVE: To investigate the perioperative application of antibiotics in 3 kinds of clean incision operation and the effect of intervention measures in our hospital. METHODS: The drug uses for patients with thyroidectomy, mastectomy or hernia in 3 kinds of clean incision operation were investigated and analyzed in our hospital in Oct. 2009, Apr. 2010, Oct. 2010, Jun. 2011. RESULTS: Average cost of antibiotics decreased significantly in our hospital after intervention, decreasing by 70.4%. There were remarkable improvements in the average length of hospital stay, drug selection, delivery time, etc. The rationality of them were increased from 2.3% in baseline stage to 33.8% after intervention. However, the treatment with no indications and the prevention medication after surgery had no great improvements. CONCLUSION: A series of intervention measures are effective in the application of antibiotics in our hospital. But it is necessary to strengthen the antibiotics application management.%目的:了解我院3种清洁切口手术围术期抗菌药物的应用情况与干预措施的实施效果.方法:对我院2009年10月、2010年4月、2010年10月和2011年6月3种清洁切口手术(乳腺、甲状腺、疝气)患者的用药情况进行调查分析.结果:干预后我院平均抗菌药物费用明显下降(降低了70.4％)；在平均住院时间、药物选择、给药时机等方面均有显著改善,其合理率由基线调查阶段的2.3％增加到干预后的33.8％,但在无适应证用药和术后预防用药时间方面改善程度不大.结论:我院对抗菌药物应用采取的系列干预措施有效,但还需进一步加强抗菌药物的应用监管.
