某院823例Ⅰ类切口手术围术期抗菌药物应用合理性分析

摘要

目的:评价某院Ⅰ类切口手术围术期抗菌药物应用的合理性.方法:采用回顾性调查方法,对某院2009年9月-2010年8月出院的823份Ⅰ类切口手术病历资料进行统计、分析.结果:该院Ⅰ类切口手术围术期抗菌药物预防应用率达91.01%,单一、二联用药率分别为83.84%、7.17%,抗菌药物使用频次排序列前3位的依次为头孢替安、头孢呋辛、哌拉西林/舒巴坦.结论:该院Ⅰ类切口手术围术期抗菌药物应用存在不合理现象,如选药不当、用药时间过长等,需进一步规范.%OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the reasonability of perioperative application of antibacterial drugs in patients undergoing type Ⅰ incision operation in a hospital.METHODS: In retrospective survey, 823 cases of type Ⅰ incision operation in a hospital during Sept.2009 and Aug.2010 were analyzed statistically.RESULTS: The prophylactic perioperative application rate of antibacterial drugs in type Ⅰ incision operation reached to 91.01％.The single and combined medication rates were 83.84％ and 7.17％.Cefotiam, cefuroxime, piperacillin/sulbactam were in the top 3 place in the list of frequency of antibacterial drugs use.CONCLUSION: The perioperative application of the antibacterial drugs in the hospital is unreasonable, such as irrational utilization and long administration.Standardized administration should be improved.
