甘肃小檗枝、叶化学成分的分离与鉴定

         

摘要

OBJECTIVE: To isolate and identify the chemical constituents from the branches and leaves of Berberis kansuensis. METHODS: The ethanol extract of branches and leaves of B. kansuensis was isolated purified by silica gel, macroporous adsorption resin and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographic methods. Their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS: 8 compounds were isolated and identified as: berbamine (1) , berberine (2) , palmatine (3) , jatrorrhizine (4), columbamine(5),berberubine(6) ,8-oxyberberine (7),(+)-magnoflorine(8), respectively. Compounds 5~8 were isolated from the plant for the first time. CONCLUSION: The study can provide reference for the further study of B. kansuensis.%目的:对甘肃小檗枝、叶中的化学成分进行分离与鉴定.方法:采用大孔吸附树脂、硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等色谱分离手段对甘肃小檗的枝、叶95%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据鉴定化合物的结构.结果:从甘肃小檗的枝、叶中共分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为小檗胺(1)、小檗碱(2)、巴马汀(3)、药根碱(4)、非洲防己胺(5)、小檗红碱(6)、8-氧小檗碱(7)、(+)木兰花碱(8).其中,化合物5至8为首次从该植物中分离得到.结论:本试验结果可为甘肃小檗的进一步研究提供依据.
