2011年版《印度国家基本药物目录》简析

OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for the formulation of Essential Drug List in China. METHODS: The literature study was conducted about design, establishment and utilization of the list. The experience of Indian Essential Drug List (2011 version), I.e. "Indian National Free Drug Program List", was summarized. RESULTS & CONCLUSION: Indian Essential Drug List (2011 version) is conducted transparently and rationally. The regulations about drug use contribute to rational drug use in medical institutions. The list is an important link among Indian essential medicine policy systems. We should pay attention to the few shortcomings of the formulation of the list%目的:为我国国家基本药物目录制定提供借鉴.方法:采用文献研究法对2011年版《印度国家基本药物目录》(NLEM2011,即印度“全民免费药物计划”目录)在设计、制定、适用等方面进行资料整理,并进行评价,总结其在目录制定方面的经验.结果与结论:NLEM2011编订过程透明化程度较高,决策合理；药物限定了使用医疗卫生机构的范围,有助于合理用药.该目录已成为印度基本药物政策体系间的重要纽带,其优点值得我国借鉴；同时,其不足也值得我国相关政府部门和学者注意.
