新型药物载体七元瓜环的一般药理学实验研究

     

摘要

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the influence of new drug carrier cururbit[7]uril (Q7) on central nervous system of mice and cardiovascular system and respiratory system of rats.METHODS:The autonomic activities,pain,hour of sleep,the number of mice falling asleep and convulsions of mice were investigated in blank control (water) group,Q7 high-dose,medium-dose and low-dose groups (1.404,0.702,0.351 g/kg) after medication (n=12); the changes of body temperature,cardiovascular system and respiration system in rats were investigated in normal control group,Q7 high-dose,medium-dose and low-dose groups (0.982,0.491,0.246 g/kg) after medication (n=6).RESULTS:Compared with blank control group,there was no significant difference in autonomic activities,pain,hour of sleep,the number of mice falling asleep and convulsions of mice in Q7 groups (P>0.05) ; compared with normal control group,the body temperature,the frequency and depth of respiration,heart rate,diastolic blood pressure,arterial pressure,PR,QRS,QT and T-wave had no significant changes in Q7 groups (P>0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Q7 has no significant effects on the central nervous system of mice,neither on cardiovascular system or respiratory system of rats.%目的:研究新型药物载体七元瓜环(Q7)对小鼠中枢神经系统和大鼠心血管系统、呼吸系统的影响.方法:考察空白对照(水)组和Q7高、中、低剂量(1.404、0.702、0.351g/kg)组小鼠给药后的自主活动、疼痛、睡眠时间、入睡只数及惊厥情况(n=12);考察正常对照组和Q7高、中、低剂量(0.982、0.491、0.246g/kg)组大鼠给药后的体温、心血管系统和呼吸系统的变化情况(n=6).结果:与空白对照组比较,Q7高、中、低剂量组小鼠的自主活动、疼痛、睡眠时间、入睡只数及惊厥均无明显差异(P>0.05);与正常对照组比较,Q7高、中、低剂量组大鼠的体温、呼吸频率、呼吸幅度、心率、舒张压、动脉压、心电图PR间期、QRS间期、QT间期和T波均无明显变化(P>0.05).结论:Q7对小鼠的中枢神经系统和大鼠的心血管系统、呼吸系统均无明显影响.
