RP-HPLC法测定二十味肉豆蔻散中去氢二异丁香酚的含量

摘要

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the content determination of dehydrodiisoeugenol in Ershiwei roudokou pul-vis. METHODS:RP-HPLC was performed on the column of Comatex C18 with the mobile phase of methanol-solution(68∶32,V/V) at flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,detection wavelength was 276 nm,column temperature was 30 ℃ and the volume was 10 μl. RE-SULTS:The linear range of dehydrodiisoeugenol was 0.036 8-0.184 0 μg(r=0.999 7);RSDs of precision,stability and reproduc-ibility tests were no more than 2.84%;average recovery was 101.39%(RSD=1.42%,n=6). CONCLUSIONS:The established method is simple,accurate,and can be used for the content determination of dehydrodiisoeugenol in Ershiwei roudoukou pulvis.%目的：建立测定二十味肉豆蔻散中去氢二异丁香酚含量的方法。方法：采用反相高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Comatex C18，流动相为甲醇-水（68∶32，V/V），流速为1.0 ml/min，检测波长为276 nm，柱温为30℃，进样量为10μl。结果：去氢二异丁香酚进样量在0.0368～0.1840μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系（r＝0.9997）；精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD均≤2.84％；平均加样回收率为101.39％，RSD为1.42％（n＝6）。结论：本方法简便、准确，可用于检测二十味肉豆蔻散中去氢二异丁香酚的含量。
