目的:建立可同时测定复方蛇床酊中蛇床子素和土荆皮乙酸含量的HPLC法.方法:色谱柱:Apollo Ct8(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-1%醋酸溶液(65:35),流速:1.0 ml·min-1;检测波长:322 nm.结果:蛇床子素和土荆皮乙酸分别在0.010～0.080μg(r=0.999 8)和0.005～0.040μg(r=0.999 6)范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率分别为99.50%和98.78%,RSD分别为1.94%和1.42%.结论:该方法简便易行,结果准确,重复性好,可用于控制复方蛇床酊的质量.%Objective: To establish the determination method for osthol and pseudolaricacid B in compound Shechuang tincture by HPLC. Method: Apollo C18 column (250 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm)was used with methanol-1％ acetic acid solution (65: 35) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 322 nm. Result: A good linearity was obtained over the range of 0. 010-0. 080 μg ( r = 0. 999 8) for osthol and 0. 005-0. 040 μg ( r = 0. 999 6) for pseudolaricacid B, respectively. The average recovery of the two components was 99.50％ and 98. 78％ with RSD of 1.94％ and 1.42％ ,respectively. Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid, reliable, and can be applied in the quality control of compound Shechuang tincture.
