正交试验法优化复方韵通汤剂提取工艺

摘要

Objective: To investigate the key influencing factors in the effective component extraction of compound Yuntong decoctions to optimize the extraction process. Method: The extraction process of compound Yuntong decoctions was optimized by orthogonal experiment with baicalin content and the dry extract yielding rate as the indices. Result: The optimized extraction conditions of compound Yuntong decoctions were as follows; the temperature was 60℃ , the extraction time was 2.5h, 75% alcohol was the extraction solvent with 8 times amount. Conclusion: The yielding rate of dry extract and the baicalin content in compound Yuntong decoctions are both promising under the selective extraction conditions, and it can be used in the industrial production.%目的:研究影响复方韵通汤剂有效成分提取的关键因素,优化复方韵通汤剂的提取工艺.方法:利用正交试验法,采用高效液相色谱法,以得膏率和黄芩苷含量为指标优化提取复方韵通汤剂的提取工艺.结果:复方韵通汤剂优选的提取条件为温度为60℃,时间为2.5h,溶剂量为8倍,乙醇浓度为75％.结论:优化提取工艺条件下的复方韵通汤剂的干膏收率与黄芩苷含量均较高,适宜于工业生产.
