高原护唇膏对小鼠抗炎抑菌作用的研究

摘要

Objective To study the effects of lipcare stick in bacteria inhibiting and anti-inflammation. Methods The mice's auicular swelling test was used to study the anti-inflammatory effect;diluting method was used to carry out laboratory observation on its bacteriostatic effect. Results Lipcare stick could depress swelling of the mice inauricular swelling test and have a flair antibacterial activity on Staphylococcus aureu. Conclusion Lipcare stick has anti- inflammatory effect and promoting the heal of local infection .%目的 研究高原护唇膏抗炎抑菌的药理作用.方法 采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法研究高原护唇膏的抗炎作用,以稀释法研究小鼠损伤皮肤的抑菌作用.结果 高原护唇膏能显著抑制二甲苯致小鼠的耳肿胀程度,并具有良好的促进局部感染创口的愈合作用.结论 高原护唇膏具有抗炎和促进局部感染创口愈合的作用.
