Objective To establish the determination method of the dissolution rate of metronidazole in Calculus Bovis and Metronidazole Capsules. Methods The UV spectrophotoretric method was adopted for detection of dissolution rate at the wavelength 277 nm. Results The linear range of metronidazole was 4. 22 -20. 10 μg/mL ( r =0. 999 8) . The average recovery rate of metronidazole was 99. 00% , RSD = 0. 55% ( n =6). Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate with good reproducibility, which can meet the demand determining the dissolution rate of metronidazole in Galculus Bovis and Metronidazole Capsules.%目的 建立人工牛黄甲硝唑胶囊中甲硝唑溶出度的测定方法.方法 采用紫外分光光度法,检测波长为277 nm,测定人工牛黄甲硝唑胶囊中甲硝唑的体外溶出度.结果 甲硝唑的质量浓度在4.22~20.10 μg/mL范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为99.00%,RSD为0.55%(n=6).结论 该方法操作简便、结果准确、重现性好,可用于人工牛黄甲硝唑胶囊中甲硝唑溶出度的测定.
