Objective To observe the clinical effect of nocardia rubra cell wall skeleton combined with focused ultrasound on treating cervical erosion. Methods A hundred and ten patients with cervical erosion in our hospital during January to December 2010 were collected and divided into the ultrasound control group and the combined treatment group randomly and evenly. The ultrasound control group received cervical focused ultrasound treatment. The combined treatment group received nocardia rubra cell wall skeleton on basis of focused ultrasound treatment. Three months later, the symptoms, treatment effect and adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results The symptom disappearance rate and efficacy of combined treatment group were higher than those of the control group( P ＜0.01). No obvious adverse reactions were found in the combined treatment group. Conclusion Nocardia rubra ccll wall skeleton combined with focused ultrasound is effective and safe to treat cervical erosion, which is worth being popularized in clinic.%目的 观察纳可佳联合聚焦超声治疗宫颈糜烂的临床效果.方法 选择2010年1月至12月就诊的110例宫颈糜烂患者,随机均分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用宫颈聚焦超声治疗,治疗组在聚焦超声治疗基础上局部给予纳可佳治疗,3个月后比较两组患者的症状、疗效以及不良反应.结果 治疗组的症状消失率和疗效均高于对照组(P＜0.01),且未发现明显不良反应.结论 纳可佳联合聚焦超声治疗宫颈糜烂安全、有效,有临床推广意义.
