高效液相色谱法测定小儿早熟抗胶囊中栀子苷含量

摘要

目的 建立测定小儿早熟抗胶囊中栀子苷含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法.方法采用Eclipse-C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5 μm),以乙腈-水(12:88)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为238nm.结果栀子苷质量浓度在3.625～580.0μg/mL(r=1.0000,n=7)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好;平均回收率为97.91%,RSD=1.33%(n=9).结论所建立的HPLC法操作简便、准确,重复性好,可用于小儿早熟抗胶囊的质量控制.%Objective To develop a HPLC method for the determination of geniposide in Xiso'er Zaoshoukang Capsule. Methods The Eclipse-C18 column(250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(12: 88), the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength of 238 nm. Results The good linear relationship for geniposide was in the ranges of 3.625-580.0 μg/mL( r = 1. 000 0, n =7). The average recovery rate was 97.91％, RSD = 1.33％ ( n =9). Conclusion This HPLC method is simple, quick,rapids and accurate, which can be used for the quality control of xiao'er zaoshukang capsule.
