我院不合理用药医嘱点评分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the situation of irrational drug use of inpatienls in our hospital for facilitating the improvement. Methods Six hundred medical records of discharged inpatient were selected in our hospital from March 2010 to October 2011 and statistically analyzed on the irrational medication orders. Results A hundred and thirty - three irrational medication orders were found, mainly including drug use beyond the scope of package inserts, inadequate use of antibiotics, etc. Conclusion Hospital should pay great attention to the comment work on medication orders to increase the level of rational drug use and ensure the medication safety of patients.%目的 分析医院不合理用药情况,医嘱,促进合理用药.方法 抽取2010年3月至2011年10月出院病历600份,对其中不合理用药医嘱进行统计分析.结果 不合理用药医嘱共133例,主要包括超说明书用药、抗菌药物使用不合理等.结论 医院应重视医嘱点评工作,提高合理用药水平,保障患者用药安全.
