高效液相色谱法测定田七痛经胶囊中原儿茶酸含量

摘要

目的 建立测定田七痛经胶囊中原儿茶酸含量的高效液相色谱法.方法 色谱柱为Inertsil C18柱(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(8:92)为流动相,检测波长为260 am.结果 原儿茶酸进样量的线性范围为0.043～0.258μg,r=1.000 0,平均加样回收率为99.29%,RSD:0.61%(n=6).结论 该方法线性关系良好、简便、准确、专属性强,可作为控制田七痛经胶囊药品质量的方法.%Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of protocatechuic acid in Tianqitongjing Capsules. Methods The Inertsil C18(250 mm×4. 6 mm,5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile - 2% phosphoricacid(8 : 92). The detection wavelength was 260 nm. Results Protocatechuic acid showed good linearity ( r = 1. 000 0) within the range of 0. 043 - 0. 258 μg. The average recovery rate was 99.29% ,and RSD was 0.61% ( n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and exclusive.lt can be used for the equality control of Tianqitongjing Capsules.
