高效液相色谱法测定七味槟榔散中桂皮醛含量

摘要

目的：建立测定七味槟榔散中桂皮醛含量的高效液相色谱（HPLC）法，增加七味槟榔散的质量控制指标。方法采用 HPLC 外标法，色谱柱为 Agilent C18柱（250 mm ×4.6 mm，5μm），以乙腈-水（30：70）为流动相，流速为1.0 mL / min，检测波长为290 nm。结果桂皮醛进样量在0.02~0.10μg 范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系（ r =1.0000），平均回收率为99.15%，RSD =0.12%（ n =6）；精密度的RSD =0.33%，样品在12 h 内稳定。结论该方法简便、快速、灵敏，结果准确且重现性好，适用于桂皮醛的含量测定。%Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method for the content determination of cinnamic aldehyde in Qiweibinblang Powder to add the quality control index of Qiweibinblang Powder. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,sensitive,accurate,reproducible and suitable for the determination of cinnamic aldehyde content.
