主成分分析法用于射干药材评价研究

摘要

目的：用主成分分析方法对射干药材进行评价。方法选择射干中具有止咳、抑菌及抗炎作用的11个药效物质基础成分为指标，结合 SPSS 软件对不同来源的射干药材进行主成分分析，并根据得到的主成分综合得分对射干药材进行评价。结果筛选出特征根累计贡献率达84.36%的3个主成分，计算每个样本的综合得分，在此基础上对射干药材进行排序评价。结论以射干药材的药效物质基础成分为指标，采用主成分分析法能较全面地反映射干药材样本的信息，评价指标合理，评价结果具有客观性。%Objective To adopt the principal component analysis method to conduct the evaluation on belamcanda medicinal material. Methods The 11 effective material basic components with relieving cough,bacteriostasis and anti - inflammation effects were selected as the indicators,the different sources of belamcanda medicinal material were performed the principal component analysis by the SPSS software. The belamcanda medicinal material was evaluated according to the comprehensive scores of the principal components. Results 3 principal components with the characteristic root cumulative contribution rate reaching 84. 36% were screened out,the com-prehensive scores of each sample were calculated,on this basis the sorting evaluation was performed on the belamcanda medicinal mate-rial. Conclusion With the effective material basic components in belamcanda medicinal material as the indicators,adopting the principal component analysis method can reflect the information of belamcanda medicinal material sample more comprehensively. The evaluation indicators are rational and the evaluation results possess the objectivity.
