Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Lankefuning combined with pimecrolimus ointment in treating facial hormone dependence dermatitis and to evaluate its safety. Methods Totally 54 patients with facial hormone dependence dermatitis were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,27 cases in each group. The control group was coated with pimecrolimus cream and combined with Ebastine Capsule orally,and the observation group was given Lankefuning on the basis of the control group. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92. 59%,which was significantly higher than 77. 78% of the control group( P ﹤ 0. 05);the symptom scores of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the observation group was signifi-cantly lower than that of the control group( P ﹤ 0. 05);the levels of IgE in the two groups were significantly decreased,and the obser-vation group was significantly lower than that of the control group( P ﹤ 0. 05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups( P ﹥ 0. 05). Conclusion Lankefuning combined with pimecrolimus ointment in the treat-ment of facial hormone dependence dermatitis is safe and has good efficacy,and is worthy of clinical promotion.%目的：探讨蓝科肤宁联合吡美莫司乳膏治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效并评价其安全性。方法选择医院收治的患者54例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各27例。对照组患者采用吡美莫司乳膏外涂联合依匹斯汀胶囊口服治疗，观察组患者在此基础上加用蓝科肤宁外涂。结果观察组总有效率为92.59%，显著高于对照组的77.78%（ P﹤0.05）；两组患者症状评分均较治疗前明显下降，且观察组下降幅度更明显（ P﹤0.05）；两组患者血清免疫球蛋白E（IgE）水平均较治疗前显著下降，且观察组下降幅度更明显（ P﹤0.05）；两组患者药品相关不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（ P﹥0.05）。结论蓝科肤宁联合吡美莫司乳膏治疗面部激素相关性皮炎疗效显著，安全性良好，值得临床推广。
