生长抑素类似物对急性胰腺炎患者TLR4受体表达的影响

摘要

Objective To investigate the influence of somatostatin analogues on TLR4 receptor ezpression in acute pancreatitis. Methods Totally 134 patients with acute pancreatitis in the hospital from October 2012 to December 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the conventional group(70 cases)and the ezperimental group(64 cases). The ezperimental group adopted the somatostatin therapy, while the conventional group was given the conventional therapy. The venous blood 6 mL was respectively collected for eztracting mononuclear cells before and after treatment in the two groups. The semi-quantitative PCR was adopted to detect the ezpression level of TLR4. Results The TLR4 receptor ezpression level after treatment in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with be-fore treatment,moreover the decease in the ezperimental group was more significant( P < 0. 05);the improvement time of symptoms in the ezperimental group was significantly shorter than that in the conventional group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Somatostatin analogues has significant inhibiting effect on TLR4 receptor ezpression in vivo in the patients with acute pancreatitis,can improve the prognosis of pa-tients and deserves to be promoted in clinic.%目的：探讨生长抑素类似物对急性胰腺炎患者TLR4受体表达水平的影响。方法选取医院2012年10月至2014年12月收治的患者134例，随机分为常规组70例及试验组64例。试验组患者采用生长抑素治疗，常规组患者采用常规疗法治疗。分别收集两组患者治疗前后的静脉血各6 mL，提取单个核细胞，采用半定量聚合酶链反应( PCR )技术检测患者体内TLR4受体的表达水平。结果治疗后，两组患者TLR4受体表达水平均较治疗前显著下降，且试验组下降更明显（ P＜0.05）；试验组患者的症状改善时间显著短于常规组（ P＜0.05）。结论生长抑素类似物对急性胰腺炎患者体内TLR4受体的表达有显著抑制作用，可改善患者预后，值得临床推广。
