康妇炎胶囊预防人工流产术后盆腔炎130例

摘要

目的：观察康妇炎胶囊在预防人工流产术后盆腔炎的疗效。方法选取2013年9月至2014年5月在医院妇产科门诊行人工流产术的患者260例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，各130例。对照组给予抗生素口服1周，治疗组在对照组基础上给予康妇炎胶囊口服3周。结果治疗组患者术后腹痛发生率为16.15%，明显低于对照组的29.23%（ P<0.05）；治疗组患者的有效率为83.85%，明显高于对照组的70.77%（ P<0.05）；治疗组患者30 d内月经复潮有效率为87.69%，明显高于对照组的74.62%（ P<0.05）；治疗组患者子宫内膜厚度明显高于对照组（ P<0.05）；患者术后6个月内的盆腔感染率治疗组均低于对照组（ P<0.05）；两组患者服药期间均未发生明显药品不良反应。结论康妇炎胶囊能提高抗生素预防人工流产术后盆腔炎的疗效，降低术后腹痛发生率，改善月经复潮情况，促进子宫内膜生长，且无明显不良反应，值得临床推广。%Objective To research the effect of Kangfuyan Capsule in the prevention of postoperative pelvic inflammatory disease after artificial abortion surgery. Methods Totally 260 cases of artificial abortion in the obstetrics and gynecology outpatient department of the hospital from September 2013 to May 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,130 cases in each group. The control group received the oral antibiotics treatment for 1 week,while on this basis the treatment group was given oral Kangfuyan Capsule for 3 weeks. Conclusion Kangfuyan Capsule can increase the efficacy of antibiotics in the prevention of pelvic inflammatory disease after artificial abortion,reduces the incidence rate of postoperative abdominal pain,improves the menstruation return situation,promotes the endometrial growth,has no obvious adverse reactions,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
