康妇炎胶囊预防人工流产术后盆腔炎临床疗效及不良反应观察

摘要

Objective:To research the clinical effect of Kangfuyan Capsule in the prevention of postoperative pelvic inflammatory disease after artificial abortion surgery. Methods:Totally 120 cases of artificial abortion in the obstetrics and gynecology outpatient department of the hospital were selected and were randomized into the treatment group and the control group,60 cases in each group.The control group received the oral antibiotics treatment for 1 week,while on this basis the treatment group was given oral Kangfuyan Capsule for 1weeks. Compare the two groups of patients with pelvic infection, incidence of adverse reactions after abortion 1 month. Results:The incidence rate of pelvic inflammatory disease of minimumcriteria in the treatment group was 0.33%, as the additional criteria and specific criteria, no pelvic inflammatory disease was happened,which was significantly lower than 18.33%、0.33%、10.0% in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence rate of of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 1.66%,it was 5.00% in the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion:Kangfuyan Capsule can increase the efficacy of antibiotics in the prevention of pelvic inflammatory disease after artificial abortion. Kangfuyan capsules,reliable and without adverse reactions in prevention of pelvic inflammatory diseases after artificial abortion, are worth widely popularizing.%目的：观察康妇炎胶囊预防人工流产术后盆腔炎的临床疗效及不良反应。方法：选取我院妇产科门诊人工流产术患者120例，随机分为治疗组（60例）和对照组（60例）。对照组术后d2常规应用抗生素口服一周预防，治疗组在对照组基础上给予康妇炎胶囊口服一周。比较两组患者术后1个月内盆腔炎感染率、不良反应发生率。结果：治疗组最低标准盆腔感染率为0.33%，附加标准及特异标准下无盆腔感染问题，低于对照组18.33%、0.33%以及10.00%（P＜0.05）。治疗组不良反应发生率为1.66%，与对照组的5.00%比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：康妇炎胶囊具有预防人工流产术后盆腔炎的疗效，人工流产术后应用康妇消炎胶囊，盆腔炎发生率明显降低且无明显不良反应，值得临床推广应用。
