目的：探讨更昔洛韦＋醋酸泼尼松片＋阿司匹林治疗急性视网膜坏死综合征的临床疗效。方法选取医院眼科2012年3月至2015年9月收治的急性视网膜坏死综合征患者110例，按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各55例。对照组患者采用阿昔洛韦＋醋酸泼尼松片治疗，观察组患者则采用更昔洛韦、阿司匹林联合醋酸泼尼松片治疗，治疗14~21 d后，比较两组患者的临床疗效，以及6个月后的并发症发生率。结果治疗后，观察组疗效优于对照组（ P﹤0．05）；观察组患者的视力改善显著优于对照组，而并发症发生率则低于对照组（ P﹤0．05）。结论更昔洛韦＋醋酸泼尼松片＋阿司匹林治疗急性视网膜坏死综合征的临床疗效显著，患者视力改善明显，并发症较少，值得临床推广。%Objective To study the clinical efficacy of ganciclovir and aspirin combined with prednisone acetate tablets on acute retinal necrosis syndrome. Methods 110 patients with the acute retinal necrosis syndrome from March 2012 to September 2015 in the hospital were included in the study and divided into two groups according to random number table method,55 cases in each group. The control group was treated with acyclovir ± prednisone acetate tablets treatment,while the observation group adopted ganciclovir,aspirin combined with prednisone acetate tablets for 14-21 d. The clinical efficacy and the incidence rates of complications after 6 months of treatment in the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the treatment efficacy of the observation group was better than that of control group ( P ﹤ 0. 05);the vision improvement of the observation group was significantly better than the control group,while the complication rate was lower than that of the control group( P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion Ganciclovir and aspirin combined with prednisone acetate tablets on acute retinal necrosis syndrome has significant effect,at the same time it can also significantly improve patients'eyesight,reduce the complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
