中药饮片超微粉碎实现剂型改革的初步试验

         

摘要

目的:考察淫羊藿、白花蛇舌草、黄芪、厚朴、半枝莲5种中药材超微粉碎后相关特性变化,以分析超微粉碎在中药调配中应用的必要性。方法将淫羊藿、白花蛇舌草、黄芪、厚朴、半枝莲等药材进行超微粉碎后压片,干法制粒。考察堆密度、显微特征、粒径检测,浸膏得率,指标成分溶出。结果中药材经超微粉碎后,粒径达纳米级,细胞破壁,浸膏得率高,指标成分溶出快。结论中药材超微粉制粒是中药饮片剂型的科学化改革,可提高用药质量;应用自动化调配系统,可节省人力。中药材超微粉制粒可进一步提高中药饮片取药的精确定量,具有临床应用意义。%Objective To investigate the changes of the properties of five Chinese herbal medicines, Epimedium, Hedtotis diffusa, Radix Astragali, Magnolia officinalis and Scutellaria barbata after ultrafine pulverization, to state the necessitt of application of ultrafine com-minution in traditional Chinese medicine. Methods Herbs such as Epimedium, Hedtotis diffusa, Radix Astragali, Magnolia officinalis and Scutellaria barbata were processed bt ultra-fine crushing and drt granulation. The bulk densitt, microscopic characteristics, particle size, the index component dissolution, etc. were investigated. Results After ultrafine pulverization of Chinese herbal medicines, the particle size reached nanometer scale, the cell wall was broken, the tield of extract was high, and the dissolution rate of the index components was fast. Conclusion The ultrafine powder granulation of Chinese herbal medicine is a scientific reform of the dosage form of traditional Chinese medicine decoction, which can improve the qualitt of medicine and save manpower bt using automatic dispensing ststem. It is of clinical significance to further improve the accurate quantification of traditional Chinese medicine decoction.
