低频超声联合抗菌药物治疗细菌生物被膜感染文献计量分析

             

摘要

目的:分析各类数据库自建库至2016年6月有关低频超声联合抗菌药物治疗细菌生物被膜感染的文献,为抗感染工作领域研究者提供参考。方法检索PubMed,EMbase,中国知网数据库,采用文献计量学方法,对纳入文献的年代、通讯作者、文章类型、期刊、研究内容、被引频次等进行统计分析;对文献研究内容进行讨论分析。结果共检出文献194篇,符合要求文献58篇;文献量总体呈上升趋势;发文量最多通讯作者Pitt WG;主要文章类型为基础研究,占50%以上;单篇文章被引频次最高为81次;发文量最多期刊Antimicro-bial Agents and Chemotherapy;体内体外基础研究证明了低频超声与抗菌药物的协同效果,但作用机制尚不明确;临床效果有待确定。结论低频超声联合抗菌药物治疗生物被膜感染处于初步研究阶段,有前景作为新的治疗生物被膜感染方法。%Objective To investigate the combination of low-frequency ultrasound combined with antimicrobial agents in treating bacteri-al biofilm infection in the databases since establishment to June 2016 based on a bibliometric approach, to provide reference in the an-ti-infection research. Methods PubMed, EMbase and CNKI were searched. The amount of year, corresponding authors, literature types, journal, content and cited frequency were statistically analyzed. The contents of the researches were discussed. Results A total of 194 papers were found and 58 papers were included in this study. The number of papers published showing an overall upward trend. Pitt WG was the corresponding author that published the most number of papers. The main publication type was basic research, accounting for more than 50%. The highest cited frequency of paper was 81 times. The maximum number of journal was Antimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy. The contents of basic researches suggested that low frequency ultrasound and antimicrobial agent combination had synergy efficacy, but the mechanism was not clear and the synergistic effect in clinic needed further research. Conclusion The research of low-frequency ultrasound and antimicrobial agent combination against bacterial biofilm is in the stage of preliminary study and could be a promising method to treat biofilm infection.
