医院等级评审对儿科抗菌药物使用的影响

摘要

Objective To evaluate the impact of hospital grade assessment on pediatric antimicrobial drug use in the hospital. Methods A retrospective analysis was used to analyze the pediatric hospital medical records from January 2012 to December 2013, in which the first group was before hospital grade assessment from January 2012 to April 2013, the second group was after hospital grade assessment from May 2013 to December 2013. Results 510 medical records for the first group, and 480 medical records for the second group were analyzed. There was no statistically significance between the two groups in drug costs to total hospitalization expenses ( P > 0. 05 ) . Meanwhile, the antimicrobial drug costs in total drug costs, utilization of antimicrobial drugs, the inspection rate of microbes, the defined daily dose of antimicrobial drug ( DDDs ) , the use of antimicrobial prophylaxis for the Ⅰincision and rational use of medicines had sta-tistically significant differences ( P 0．05），但总抗菌药物费用占总药品费用的比例、抗菌药物的使用率、微生物的送检率、抗菌药物用药频度（DDDs）、Ⅰ类切口预防使用抗菌药物及合理用药方面比较，差异都具有明显的统计学意义（ P<0．05）。结论医院等级评审有利于规范抗菌药物的使用，加强医院儿科抗菌药物应用的管理，促进抗菌药物的合理应用。
