宫颈电灼术联合纳米银凝胶治疗慢性宫颈炎临床观察

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of LEEP combined with nanometer silver gel in the treatment of chronic cervicitis. Methods Totally 114 patients with chronic cervicitis admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected and di-vided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,57 cases in each group. The ob-servation group was given LEEP combined with nanometer silver gel,while the control group was given LEEP. Results The excellence rate of the observation group was 77. 19%,which was significantly higher than 54. 39% of the control group( P < 0. 05). The postoper-ative healing time,vaginal discharge time in observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). The incidence rates of vaginal discharge,vaginal infection,cervical adhesion of the observation group were 3. 51%,1. 75%,1. 75%,which were significantly lower than 17. 54%,15. 79%,14. 04% of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion LEEP combined with nanometer silver gel in the treatment of chronic cervicitis can improve curative effect,promote postoperative recovery,and reduce infection and adhesion. It is worthy of clinical promotion.%目的 观察宫颈电灼术(LEEP)联合纳米银凝胶治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效.方法 选择2015年1月至2016年6月收治的慢性宫颈炎患者114例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各57例.观察组采用LEEP联合钠米银凝胶治疗,对照组仅采用LEEP治疗.结果 观察组显效率为77.19%,明显高于对照组的54.39%(P<0.05);观察组术后初步愈合时间、阴道排液时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组阴道排液发生率为3.51%,阴道感染发生率为1.75%,宫颈外口黏连发生率为1.75%,明显低于对照组的17.54%,15.79%和14.04%(P<0.05).结论 LEEP联合纳米银凝胶治疗慢性宫颈炎,能提高临床疗效,促进术后恢复,减少感染、黏连等不良事件的发生,值得临床推广.
