消银颗粒联合阿维A胶囊治疗寻常型银屑病44例临床观察

摘要

目的 观察消银颗粒联合阿维A胶囊治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效.方法 选择医院2015年1月至2016年2月收治的寻常型银屑病患者88例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各44例.两组患者均给予氧化锌软膏和扶严宁霜治疗,对照组患者在此基础上口服阿维A胶囊治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合消银颗粒治疗,两组患者均持续用药3个月.结果 观察组总有效率、复发率及不良反应发生率分别为93.18%,11.36%,6.82%,明显优于对照组的72.73%,31.82%,22.73%(χ2=6.51,5.43,4.42,P<0.05).治疗后,观察组患者白细胞介素10(IL-10)水平为(13.69±2.51)ng/mL,明显高于对照组的(10.87±1.93)ng/mL;白细胞介素17(IL-17)水平为(14.98±3.28)ng/mL,明显低于对照组的(23.64±4.61)ng/mL(P<0.05).结论 消银颗粒联合阿维A胶囊治疗寻常型银屑病可提高临床疗效,降低不良反应发生率和复发率,同时有助于改善患者的炎性因子水平,效果显著,值得临床推广.%Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoyin Granule combined with Acitretin Capsule in treating psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Totally 88 patients with psoriasis vulgaris admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to February 2016 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,44 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with zinc oxide ointment and triamcinolone acetonide acetate and econazole nitrate cream,on this basis,the control group was treated with Acitretin Capsule,and the observation group was treated with Xiaoyin Granule combined with Acitretin Capsule. The patients in the two groups continued to use for 3 months. Results The total effective rate,recurrence rate and the incidence rate of adverse reaction in the observation group were 93. 18%,11. 36% and 6. 82%,respectively,which were significantly better than 72. 73%,31. 82% and 22. 73% in the control group(χ2=6. 51,5. 43,4. 42;P < 0. 05). After treatment,the levels of IL-10 in the observation group was (13. 69 ± 2. 51) ng/mL, which was significantly higher than (10. 87 ± 1. 93) ng/mL in the control group( P < 0. 05),the level of IL-17 in the observation group was(14. 98 ± 3. 28)ng/mL,which was significantly lower than(23. 64 ± 4. 61)ng/mL in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Xiaoyin Granule combined with Acitretin Capsule in treating patients with psoriasis vulgaris can effectively improve clinical efficacy,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate. At the same time,it is helpful to improve the level of inflamma-tory factors in patients and has remarkable effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
