Objective To observe the clinical effect of Fuke Qianjin Capsule combined with antibiotics in treating adnexitis . Methods Totally 84 patients with chronic adnexitis admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,43 cases in each group. The con-trol group was treated with antibiotics,and the treatment group was treated with Fuke Qianjin Capsule combined with antibi-otics. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95. 35%,which was significantly higher than 69. 77% of the control group(χ2=9. 7709,P 0. 05). After treatment,the scores of symptoms and signs in the two groups were sta-tistically significant( t=4. 2398,P 0.05);两组患者治疗后症状体征积分比较,差异有统计学意义(t=4.2398,P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率及复发率均明显低于对照组(χ2=4.0737,4.9615,P<0.05).结论 妇科千金胶囊联合抗生素治疗附件炎能显著增强临床疗效,且安全性好,值得临床推广.
