目的 探讨临床护理路径对2型糖尿病胰岛素泵强化治疗的疗效及对患者生活质量的影响.方法 选择2014年7月至2015年12月医院收治的2型糖尿病患者84例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各42例.对照组给予胰岛素及格列美脲行常规降糖治疗,并采用常规护理方案,治疗组在对照组基础上采用临床护理路径.结果 治疗组患者总满意度为92.86%,明显高于对照组患者的69.05%(P<0.05);护理干预后,治疗组空腹血糖、餐后血糖、血糖恢复时间、胰岛素使用量均较对照组低,角色功能、躯体功能、社会功能以及心理功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 胰岛素泵强化治疗2型糖尿病中运用临床护理路径,能明显提高临床疗效,有效控制血糖水平,提高护理质量及患者对护理工作的满意度,值得临床推广.%Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing pathway on insulin pump intensive treatment and quality of life in pa-tients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM). Methods A total of 84 patients with T2DM admitted to our hospital from July 2014 to December 2015 were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the number of treatment,42 cases in each group. The control group was given insulin and glimepiride combined with routine nursing care,while the treatment group was given clinical nursing pathway on the basis of the control group. Results The total satisfaction rate of the treatment group was 92. 86%, which was significantly higher than 69. 05% of the control group( P < 0. 05). After the nursing intervention,the fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose,blood glucose recovery time and insulin use in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,but the scores of role function,physical function,social function and psychological function in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway used in intensification therapy of T2DM patients with insulin pump can significantly improve the curative effect,control the patient's blood sugar level,and improve the nursing quality and patient's satisfaction with nursing work,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
