Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)bamboo cupping therapy in treating gastric abscess of deficiency cold of spleen and stomach type and nursing plan. Methods Totally 98 patients with gastric abscess of deficiency cold of spleen and stomach type admitted to the hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the diagnosis and treatment number,49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Omeprazole,Clarithromycin,Metronidazole and routine nursing,on this basis,the observation group were treated with TCM bamboo cupping therapy combined with distinctive TCM nursing. The therapeutic effect,nursing satisfaction and hospitalization time of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95. 92%,which was significantly higher than 75. 51% of the control group(P < 0. 05). The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 93. 88%,which was sig-nificantly higher than 65. 31% of the control group(P < 0. 05). The average hospitalization time of the observation group was (12. 3 ± 1. 5)d,which was significantly shorter than (16. 7 ± 2. 1)d of the control group(t=10. 0867,P < 0. 05). Conclusion TCM bamboo cupping therapy combined with distinctive TCM nursing in treating gastric abscess of deficiency cold of spleen and stomach type has good effect,it can significantly shorten the hospitalization time,improve patients′ satisfaction,and improve the patients′ quality life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.%目的 探讨药竹罐疗法治疗脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛的疗效及护理方案.方法 选择2015年2月至2016年2月医院收治的脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者98例,按诊疗编号随机分为对照组和观察组,各49例.对照组患者采用奥美拉唑、克拉霉素以及甲硝唑等药物治疗,同时采用常规护理方案;观察组患者在对照组基础上加用药竹罐疗法,同时进行中医特色护理,观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效、护理满意度及住院时间.结果 观察组患者总有效率为95.92%,明显高于对照组患者的75.51%(P<0.05);观察组患者护理总满意度为93.88%,明显高于对照组患者的65.31%(P<0.05);观察组患者平均住院时间为(12.3±1.5)d,明显短于对照组的(16.7±2.1)d(t=10.0867,P<0.05).结论 药竹罐疗法结合中医特色护理治疗脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛疗效确切,能明显缩短患者住院时间,提高护理满意度,改善生活质量,值得临床推广.
