阿托伐他汀对老年缺血性脑卒中患者氧化应激及脂质过氧化的影响

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of Atorvastatin on oxidative stress and lipid peroxidation in elderly patients with ischemic stroke. Methods Totally 108 elderly patients with ischemic stroke in the hospital from June 2015 to July 2016 were randomly divided into two groups,54 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Aspirin and other drugs,and the study group was treated with Atorvastatin on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect of ischemic stroke,the levels of HDL-C,LDL-C,TG,TC, OX-LDL and plasma 8-isoprostanes F2α,the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results The total ef-fective rate of the study group of was significantly higher than that of the control group(P 0. 05),after treatment,the indexes in the two groups significantly improved,and the study group improved more obviously(P 0. 05),after treatment,the indexes in the control group signifi-cantly increased,and the control group increased more obviously than the study group (P 0. 05). Conclusion Atorvastatin in the treatment of elderly patients with ischemic stroke has great effect on the peroxidation of oxidative stress and lipid,it can effectively improve blood lipid levels,lipid peroxidation and anti-oxidative stress,promote the improvement of clinical symptoms and prognosis of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.%目的 探讨阿托伐他汀治疗老年缺血性脑卒中对患者氧化应激及脂质过氧化的影响.方法 选择医院2015年6月至2016年7月收治的老年缺血性脑卒中患者108例,随机分为两组,各54例.对照组患者采用拜阿司匹林等药物进行对症支持治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上加用阿托伐他汀治疗.比较两组患者缺血性脑卒中治疗效果,治疗前后高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、氧化低密度脂蛋白(OX-LDL)、血浆8-异前列腺素F2α水平,不良反应发生情况.结果 研究组总有效率明显高于对照组(P0.05);治疗后,两组患者以上指标均明显改善,且研究组改善幅度更大(P0.05);治疗后,对照组以上指标明显高于本组治疗前及研究组治疗后(P0.05).结论 阿托伐他汀治疗老年缺血性脑卒中对患者氧化应激及脂质过氧化的影响大,可有效改善血脂水平,对抗脂质过氧化反应和抗氧化应激,促进患者临床症状和预后的改善,值得临床推广.
