阿托伐他汀钙序贯疗法联合阿司匹林治疗心血管疾病临床观察

摘要

目的 探讨阿托伐他汀钙序贯疗法联合阿司匹林治疗心血管疾病的临床疗效.方法 选取医院2015年1月至2016年3月收治的心血管疾病患者61例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)和观察组(31例),对照组患者予阿司匹林治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用阿托伐他汀钙序贯疗法治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)水平,以及不良反应发生情况.结果 治疗后,观察组TG,LDL-C,TC水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05).结论 阿托伐他汀钙序贯疗法联合阿司匹林可有效改善心血管疾病患者的血脂水平,安全性高,值得临床推广.%Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of atorvastatin calcium sequential therapy combined with aspirin in the treatment of cardiovascular disease. Methods 61 cases of cardiovascular disease in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2016 were randomly divided into control group 30 cases,31 cases in the observation group. The control group was given aspirin treatment,the observation group in the control group based on the use of atorvastatin calcium calcium sequential therapy. The levels of triglyceride (TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and total cholesterol (TC) were measured before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse events was observed. Results The levels of TG,LDL-C and TC in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0. 05). Conclusion Atorvastatin calcium calcium combined with aspirin therapy can improve the blood lipid level of patients with cardiovascular disease and have high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
