目的 了解医院儿童应用止咳药的合理性,特别是药物的品种选择和联合用药情况.方法 采用回顾性处方评价方法,抽取2015年门诊、急诊儿童应用止咳药的处方9873张,对处方用药指标和用药适宜性进行分析和点评.结果 门诊、急诊儿童应用止咳药处方中,不合理处方383例,占3.88%,不规范处方148张,不适宜处方227张,超常处方8张.结论 开展止咳药处方分析及用药适宜性点评,有利于促进止咳药的合理性,提高医院的整体服务质量.%Objective To understand the rational situation of antitussive use, especially the drug varieties selection and combination. Methods A retrospective prescription evaluation method was used to extract 9873 pediatric antitussive prescriptions in the hospital′s outpatient and emergency department in 2015. The analysis and evaluation of prescription drug use index and medication suitability were carried out. Results Irrational prescriptions accounted for 3. 88% ( 383/9873 ) of the total, the unreasonable situation mainly includes non-standard prescription ( 148 ) , inappropriate prescription ( 227 ) , and off-label prescription ( 8 ) . Conclusion It is helpful to promote the rationality of pediatric antitussive prescriptions and improve the overall quality of service of the hospital.
