目的 探讨药学服务干预在2型糖尿病合并高血压治疗中的应用价值.方法 选取医院就诊的2型糖尿病合并高血压患者90例,其中2016年1月至10月45例患者作为对照组,行常规用药指导;2016年11月至2017年8月45例患者作为观察组,行药学服务干预.结果 干预后,两组患者的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)均明显低于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组降低更显著(P<0.05);两组患者的收缩压和舒张压均明显低于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组降低更显著(P<0.05);观察组完全依从率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 2型糖尿病合并高血压治疗中应用药学服务干预有较高的应用价值,可有效降低患者的血糖和血压水平,提高患者治疗依从性,临床可推广.%Objective To investigate the application value of pharmaceutical care intervention in the treatment of type 2 diabetic mellitus ( T2DM ) complicated with hypertension. Methods Totally 45 patients with T2DM complicated with hypertension admitted to our hospital from January to October in 2016 were selected as the control group, which were given routine medication guidance, another 45 patients with T2DM complicated with hypertension admitted to our hospital from November 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the observation group, which were given pharmaceutical care intervention. Results After the intervention, the FBG and 2 hPG of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention ( P < 0. 05 ) , and the decrease of the observation group was more significant than that of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention ( P < 0. 05 ) , and the decrease of the observation group was more significant than that of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . The total compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Pharmaceutical care intervention in the treatment of T2DM complicated with hypertension has high application value, it can effectively reduce the blood glucose and blood pressure level of the patients, and improve the compliance of the patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
