摘要

Objective To review the latest research progress of self - microemulsifying drug delivery system. Methods The literature at home and abroad were summarized, the basic theory, formulation and quality evaluation of self - microemulsifying drug delivery system were expatiated in detail, and the application of self - microemulsifying drug delivery system in pharmaceutical preparation in recent years was introduced. Results The self - microemulsitying drug delivery system had a good prospect, it could significantly enhance the absorption and bioavailability of some insoluble drugs.
