异形游梁式抽油机运动参数的求解方法

             

摘要

This article presents a mathematical calculation model of kinematic parameters for the unusual shape beam pumping unit by analyzing its geometry relationship and kinematic characteristics. Kinematic parameters of different types of pumping units, including the displacement, velocity and acceleration of the polished rod and the torque factor can be calculated easily and accurately by using this method. The calculation model can be used to optimize the structure and size of the rear horsehead, solve the problem that the structure and size of the rear horsehead affect the kinematic parameters of the polished rod and the torque factor, as well as the performance of the unusual shape beam pumping unit.%异形游梁式抽油机的游梁后臂有效长度随曲柄转角而变化,故无法利用常规游梁式抽油机的解析方法来计算其运动参数。为此,根据几何关系和运动特点,建立了运动学模型,提出了异形游梁式抽油机运动参数的求解方法。利用此方法可以准确而迅速地求出不同机型的悬点位移、速度、加速度及扭矩因数等各项运动参数,也可计算优化后驴头的结构尺寸,解决异形游梁式抽油机后驴头结构与尺寸直接影响悬点的运动参数和扭矩因数,进而影响抽油机工作性能的问题。
